ISB Development Corporation has an opening for a Business & Financial Analyst at our office in Atlanta, Georgia. Duties include: Work for a private equity firm to conduct quantitative analyses of information involving business investment programs, internally and externally managed portfolios, and financial data. Assess and analyze companies seeking capital investment based on financial and operational performance. Develop financial models and valuation analysis, precedent transactions and comparable company analysis. Conduct research, prepare financial documents and reports on the investment and financial market conditions, develop complex dynamic business and financial models utilizing variance analysis, budgeting, strategic planning, FP&A, roadmapping, competitive analysis, market research, project mapping, and regression analysis using Tableau, Metabase and SQL for analytics purposes. Perform regular evaluation and monitoring of ratings of banks and financial institutions, and recommend appropriate dealing limits based on approved investment policy and guidelines. Monitor portfolios through regularly reviewing valuation and performance in order to ensure timely identification of issues requiring action. Stay up-to-date with financial markets developments, including interest rates outlook, fixed income, and equity markets. Review, revise and improve the procedures used in conducting business and financial analysis. Monitor ongoing financial performance of portfolio companies and funds and oversee the reviews of valuations. Conduct regular reviews and due diligence on investment service providers and on asset managers and recommend appropriate changes as needed. Position requires a Bachelors Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Finance, Economics, Management or closely related field and 24 months of job related experience (any job title) performing variance analysis, budgeting, strategic planning, FP&A, roadmapping, competitive analysis, market research, project mapping, and regression utilizing Tableau, Metabase, and SQL.
